Hello there pretty people! So.. I was looking at my old pictures today and came across a picture where I was well to put it lightly "chubby". Then nostalgia hit me and I realized how sad and unfulfilled I felt. I was dark skinned(still am but I love my color!), fat and well, poor(which I still am). I was often compared to buffalo. It took a big toll on me. I even went through depression due to it. Now when I look at it nothing of those 3 i.e. being dark, not having a lot of money and not being a zero figure like an Indian Item dancer, were bad. I now feel comfortable in my own skin color. It was the bad culture and society which made me feel bad about my skin! Well for my body, I decided to go healthy! Here are some food easily available in our country which can keep you healthy! 1.
